Thanks for shopping at Gym Culture! We're sorry your purchase didn't work out, but we're here to help.

With a self-serve return portal, and provided prepaid shipping labels, we try to make the return process as easy as possible.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, no stains/makeup, no odours, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. 

Your return will be rejected if your item(s) do not meet these criteria and you must pay shipping costs of item(s) back to you.

Simply, the item MUST be in such condition that it is able to be resold after you have returned it to us.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Due to limited stock and constantly revolving inventory, we cannot offer exchanges. Instead, please initiate a return, and once we receive your item(s), you will receive a gift card that you can use to purchase the new item(s).

Return Shipping

Prepaid return labels are available to download once the return request has been authorized.

Refunds

All refunds are in the form of gift card/store credit only.

Orders Over $99

• You will receive the full order amount back.

Orders Under $99

• All shipping costs will be deducted from the total.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us and send pictures of the item. We will replace the item fully at our cost whenever possible, or fully refund you if we are unable to.
